Will a Christian counselor offer services to a divorced person
regarding child-rearing conflicts knowing that divorce is not Biblical?

Some people reading this question might sense that it suggests that a Christian counselor who would offer such services to a divorced person would somehow be making divorce more tolerable and thus undermining what God might have intended for that person to suffer. This is akin to the farmers of the past who strongly objected to the use of lightening rods on barns to prevent God from destroying them with lightening. If giving aid to a divorced person regarding better child rearing could thwart God's will, then we have grounds to question whether He is God or not. In Genesis chapter three we read that part of the woman's lot would be increased pain in child bearing. Given that pronouncement by God, should women be given any anesthetics to reduce the pain?

I have a feeling you might not like my answer but here it is, "I would certainly hope so." I say that because I hope that my colleges would not harbor such malice for the divorced person.
