You do not mention what your current income is and whether it can sustain the minimum payments required on your net worth. I will assume that your income is not sufficient and you are getting further and further behind each month in my answer.

First, you need to begin tracking your expenses immediately, coupled with a detailed view of what you can currently do without (packaged foods, get a roommate, smaller apartment, etc.) Second, get in contact with your local church and see if any temporary benevolence funding is available for you until you get your circumstances back under control. Third, you should consider asking friends of family for assistance as well.

Finally, contact your local Consumer Credit Counseling agency and get into their program. They can assist you in getting on a budget, negotiating lower rates with your creditors and developing a practical repayment plan that will meet your needs, while satisfying your creditors.
